The Perfect Burger

Sizzle up your Summer days with this tasty low cal and low carb burger. Ditch the bun for hearty lettuce and enjoy with all the fixins'!

 INGREDIENTS

3.5oz. ground hamburger (lean)

Dash of garlic powder

Dash of onion powder

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

Cayenne pepper to taste

Salt and pepper as needed

Directions:

Combine ingredients, mix well and form into 2 to 3 patties. For best results grill on the BBQ. 

Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes each side or longer for well done.

Serve on a bed of romaine and all the fixings!
